The Invention Hunters Discover How Electricity Works
“Learn about electricity the fun way! The Magic School Bus meets The Way Things Work in this kid-friendly guide to understanding the basics of electricity, perfect for budding engineers.”
Author/Illustrator: Korwin Briggs | Publisher: Little Brown Books for Young Readers

I find myself thinking a lot about what I’d do if I were suddenly transported back in time. Usually, the answer is “die” because, even if we limit ourselves to situations where it’s not purely a wilderness survival contest, and there are actual people around…I mean, what would I have to offer a village of Gauls? “No, sorry, no idea about farming, but would anyone like a portrait? I’ll need you to supply the paints.”

Anyway, one of the benefits of writing this book is that I now know enough about electricity that, if I wound up in New Jersey in the 1800s, I could maybe make it as an engineer.
